The main idea is cake base with vanilla frosting scoped to look like vanilla ice cream, then your toppings! You can use choclate sauce, carmel sauce, sprinkles, whipped cream, cherries, or anything else you want to add to this cute cupcake!
The Rainbow Cupcake is my favorite cake out of all these on the page! This cupcake is for the more experinced baker, but you can tone down the design to make it more kid freindly! The rainbow cake looks super diffcult but it is so easy. Take your vanilla cake batter, section it into 6 bowls for the colors of the rainbow, start at purple and make your way up to red!
